Mark Bloomer is President of Bloomer deVere Group Avia Inc., a global business jet acquisition, marketing and consulting firm headquartered near Los Angeles. He was the co-founder of Avtel Services Inc., a startup government-services firm that grew from $1 million in 1983 to $100 million in sales. His aviation career includes stints in marketing and distribution at the Cessna Aircraft Company and as general manager of Tiger Air, the business jet division of the Flying Tiger Line. Mark is an airline transport-rated pilot with 5,000 flight hours. He received a degree in aviation technology from Purdue University, where he serves on the Committee for the Advancement of Aviation; he was the recipient of Purdue's 2006 Distinguished Alumni Award.
