What format should I use for my photos PDF Print E-mail

Photos should be in JPG format

The only photo type we accept is /JPG, because all browsers can show JPEG photos.

File size no larger than 150,000 bytes (150Kb)Our system will re-size the photos to a maximum width of 400 pixels so there's no need to upload a picture much larger than that. 640 x 480 is a standard resolution that will work just fine. Our maximum "file size" (the amount of space it takes up on disk) is approximately 150 kbytes. If your file is in BMP or TIF format and is too large, opening it in a simple photo viewer and choosing "Save As" (selecting JPG or JPEG as the "format" or "type" to save as, and selecting a JPEG quality setting a notch or two below the top) should cut the size down to about 1/5th without any noticeable change in quality. You can go to most major shareware sites and find a number of free photo viewers capable of opening a TIF or BMP and saving them as JPG format.
