N6822L is basically a brand new airplane, meticulously built, with flight test time only. It has always been hangared and has never been landed off airport. It has many STC modifications to the original design, but only those that are not controversial among pilots. Documentation is complete including a CD of more than 200 photos of the assembly sequence. This was not a typical "rebuild" project. The dataplate originated from a wreck, but there are no previously damaged or repaired parts on this airplane.
